Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive frozen deliveries.

Returns

Due to the nature of frozen pet food and consumable products, we generally cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs to assist with claims.
