Yes — orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 have a flat $8.99 shipping fee.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they move into fulfillment and we can't make changes. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Absolutely. Many of our customers use our products as toppers or supplements alongside their current feeding routine. Our jerky strips and chews work especially well as rewards and ritual additions.

Some products are suitable for puppies — check the individual product page for age recommendations. When in doubt, consult your vet, especially for puppies under 12 weeks.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the bag tightly after each use. Chews and jerky products do not require refrigeration.
